Kevin graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and attend the University of San Diego School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1995. Kevin is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Nevada and California.
Kevin practices in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, product liability, social security disability, consumer rights, construction law and commercial landlord/tenant law. Kevin has had numerous jury trials in Nevada and California with excellent results. His jury trials have involved automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, complex construction litigation, commercial landlord/tenant, premises liability, general negligence and products liability.
Mr. Hansen is fluent in Danish having attended high school in Nykobing, Denmark and enjoys waterskiing, wakeboarding and snow skiing with his two daughters.
Amy graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Law with minors in Portuguese and Family and Human Development. She J. Ruben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University where she received her Juris Doctorate in 1997. Amy is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Nevada. Amy is also licensed in California and Arizona.
Amy has extensive experience in criminal law as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney in both California and Arizona where she conducted numerous jury trials with excellent results. Amy has also practiced in the areas of residential landlord/tenant law, personal injury, automobile accidents, and slip and fall injuries. Amy was appointed as a Judge Pro-Tem in the Maricopa County Justice Courts in Arizona where she presided over criminal and civil cases from early 2009 until she relocated to Nevada with her family in July of 2012.
Ms. Wilson is fluent in Portuguese and enjoys musical theater, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three active sons.
Traci is the office manager at Buena Vista Lawyers. She has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada, since her parents moved her family here from Niagara Falls, New York, when she was a year old. She has remained a Las Vegas resident ever since. She attended Bishop Gorman High School and the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Traci has spent most of her adult life working within the legal field. Over the years, Traci has worked in various areas of law, but enjoys working the most in the practice of personal injury. As our office manager, she coordinates the daily activities that occur within the office and dedicates herself to making sure that our office runs smoothly. She guarantees our clients have the most dedicated legal team working for them.
When not at work, Traci enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and her two spoiled rotten dogs, Nala and Sami. Her favorite time of year is from September through the end of December because she loves football and the holidays.
Amanda is the litigation paralegal at Buena Vista Lawyers. She grew up in Las Vegas and attended Bonanza High School. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Utah University. Amanda is a great contact for our litigation clients. She works hard to make sure our clients get the attention they need. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys playing with her 2 Great Danes, being outside, and traveling the world!
Cynthia is the Pre-Lit Case Manager at Buena Vista Lawyers. She was born and raised in Las Vegas. She is currently pursuing a degree in Paralegal Studies. Cynthia loves working in the legal field, she is dedicated to ensuring that each and every client walks away with a positive experience. In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Tiana Callejo is the young and enthusiastic receptionist at Buena Vista Lawyers. She was born in California and raised in Las Vegas. She grew up very active dedicating her free time to various sports such as track and field, cross country and flag football at Cimarron Memorial High School. Now she puts her energy into studying at CSN to pursue a nursing degree and helping clients get the attention they need.
